Additional Information:
• Type C visa is issued for 90 days. The candidate applies to the consulate for visa affixing on his/her own.

Mandatory documents:
- Job invitation (issued by the employer).
- Employment contract.
- Proof of accommodation (rental agreement or confirmation from the employer).
- Criminal record certificate (with apostille and translated into Slovak).
- Foreign passport (valid for at least 6 months after the visa expires).
- Photos 3.5x4.5 cm (2 pcs).

Work permits + registration
To get started, the candidate needs to provide
- scanned copies of all pages of the candidate's valid passport;
- a passport-size photo of 3.5×4.5 cm;
- police clearance certificate in the country of origin;
- a completed order brief (we provide a sample);
- confirmation of payment for the service.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Applicants must confirm the date of their planned arrival before submitting the application. - The total cost of document processing will be calculated before submission. - Once the date is confirmed, the applicant must schedule an appointment at the consulate.- After the consulate confirms the appointment, the travel agency will start processing thedocuments.

Submissions take place twice a month, on the 15th and 30th. Documents must be submitted no later than three days before these dates.
For submission, the following are required:
• The first page of the international passport
• The person’s registered address
Upon completion, the person will receive:
1. A work contract
2. A work permit from the Czech labor office
3. Residence registration for the employment period (accommodation document)
4. A letter from the employer confirming they are expecting the person.Processing Time: 6-8 weeks
Work permits + registration
To get started, the candidate needs to provide:
- scanned copies of all pages of the candidate's valid passport;
- a resume created in Europass;
- a passport-size photo of 3.5*4.5 (clear and high-quality photo);
- completed order brief (we provide a sample);
- confirmation of payment for the service.Processing Time: 2-2.5 months
The candidate independently applies to the consulate for the visa to be inserted.
The service fee is paid when submitting documents to the consulate. The estimated cost is from 100 euros, depending on the country where the candidates apply.
After the candidate arrives at work and works for 2 weeks, there is an opportunity to apply for a TRC. The employer coordinates everything with the candidate and helps with the necessary documents for obtaining TRC. The estimated cost can range from 200-300 euros and is covered by the candidate.
TRC is issued for up to 1 month from the date of acceptance of all necessary documents. TRC is issued for 1 year. The employer prepares letters of appeal, confirms the arrival of candidates for the consulate.
